I ordered two boxes of contact lenses (121200131484), and when I received them I noticed one box had the wrong prescription.

I contacted customer service. The response I received was so horrendously rude. I was told that 'it was your fault anyway' by the customer service agent on this online chat. This agent closed the chat before I could respond, but I do not think this is the treatment anyone would deserve.

Really great prices/savings. Must remember not to leave order to last minute, as delivery, although not late, nothing was stated, it is a lot slower compared to other lens companies who will delivery next day and for same charges.
Since first purchase, have reordered. Although difficulty and problem with site. Customer service people were excellent. Received order promptly.

100 per cent for price, speed, accuracy and service. Two years' worth of lenses ordered for a second time (my last order was 2 years ago - the "big boys" can't match them). Most boxes arrived next day (despite Royal Mail strikes) and two, four days later (but spelt out by email - presumably they had to order these in).

Spoke to a very helpful young man and explained I was having trouble buying my regular lenses. No problem my prescription sizes were in stock. Ordered and paid for immediately. Ordered on Saturday arrived on Tuesday could not have been better. Fantastic service.

Due to an error which was entirely my fault I had to cancel my order about ten minutes after I placed it. I called the company and the man I spoke to was really nice and helpful. My order was cancelled and a refund was issued and back in my account in less than fifteen minutes.
I wish all Companies were this helpful and pleasant to deal with!

I’ve bought my contact lenses from Lenssaver for many years & never had an issue. The last packet I opened, one of the lenses was damaged so I couldn’t use it. I emailed their customer service with photos & they replied to say they would post a replacement the next day. 3 weeks later nothing has arrived & now ignoring my emails. I’m glad this happened to me now as i was about to place my annual order but will go elsewhere now. Not sure what happened to what was once a great company. But will now avoid.

Recently had an issue with a delivery. Contacted the company who could not have been more helpful or customer focused. So rare to receive that level of customer engagement these days, made a real positive out of the situation. Will most definitely recommend them.

My regular lens solution has been recalled. Company phoned me to inform me of this. They were able to recommend a replacement and included a small 60ml bottle to try the product so that I could return the order if there was any problems. Thank you for a great service.

I have bought my contact lenses from Lensaver for a number of years and have always been very happy with the service and the lenses. On the one occasion there was a problem with my order, the person on the end of the phone couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent customer service and great product.

This is the second time Ive purchased my lenses and received them within days. The first time I ordered, there was a slight delay and I made an inquiry in an email through their website. Someone from lenssaver customer service dept called me( provided his details in case I didnt receive my lenses by the next day). He was ready with a plan to reorder another box if I didnt receive them. Luckily they did arrive but I was happy he was willing to help with a solution at hand. Very happy with customer service.

Website was easy to use and order from. Product was fine when arrived. Only disappointment was delivery time. I ordered on Friday and it said it would be next day. In reality they didn’t arrive until Monday because they were dispatched via Royal Mail. Think this is something that needs improving.

Placed my order, paid, and then waited a week. Which is several days passed the dispatch and delivery window give only receive a refund with no explanation to why they where not forefilling the order. Either you have access to an item I you don't and some form of communication is expected if there is an issue. Poor service poor communication and difficult to tract payments as banking details are not the same as company details

My original order couldn't be filled due to production issues at bausch and lomb. I had a really helpful call from lenssaver and an immediate refund. Also a helpful substitute suggestion and a free trial pair of lenses. I have ordered these. This is the way customer service should be done. One of your competitors hung on to my money for 3 months with empty promises of failed deliveries. Then basically told me to sort it out for myself. Thank goodness I found your website.
